4. Try It: Find the Contact Card Options
The Contact is still selected.
Click on the green Status Bar on the left side. The Contact Card should open.

What Do You See? The Contact Card includes Clair's name and title. The card also shows that Clair is free until 5:00 PM, based on the information in her Calendar.

There are four buttons:
Send an E-mail message
Send an Instant message
Lync Call
View more options

Try This: Send an Instant Message
The Contact Card is still displayed.
Click on Send an instant message...
